RareSloth LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates http://www.raresloth.com and http://www.furdemption.com websites and Yukon Warrior and Furdemption apps. Below we call these collectively as “Services”. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Services.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving our Services. By using our Services, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with these Terms of Service.
1. What is Personal Information and why do we collect it from you?
“Personal Information” is information or an opinion that identifies you as an individual. We collect and store your email when you sign up for our mailing list, or where you nominate to specifically allow our games to collect your email. If you contact us directly for any reason, we may also keep a copy of that correspondence. Your email is collected only to keep you informed of new RareSloth Services and changes to our existing Services.
2. User Content
Players can create content (User Content) on RareSloth servers. We reserve the right to modify, remove, and monitor any content created on RareSloth servers. We reserve the right to banish destructive players or content without warning. You acknowledge and agree that you have no expectation of privacy for any user content and you acknowedge that user content will be distributed worldwide. You grant RareSloth LLC a perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use your User Content and any modifications thereto in connection with RareSloth LLC without compensation to you.
2.1 Destructive User Content
RareSloth LLC reserves the right to modify, remove, and banish user content that we determine to be destructive to the community. You acknowledge that due to the user-generated content, you may periodically experience offensive content (level names, usernames, etc.). RareSloth LLC does not assume responsibility for destructive users and content, although we will take actions to remove destructive materials reported to email@example.com. We reserve the right to banish destructive players without re-imbursing them for their in-game accumulated assets (diamonds, hints, items, etc.).
3. Mailing List
When you elect to join our mailing list for the purpose of receiving our newsletter we may use that “Personal Information” to provide you with direct marketing communications about upcoming games, features of our websites and other events and promotions related to our Services. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. All you need to do is unsubscribe from the link in the letter, or let us know in writing that you want to be removed.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
We will not sell, trade, rent or disclose any of the personal information you provide to us for any reason, without your prior consent. Otherwise, your Personal Information will only be disclosed where required or allowable by law.

6. External links
Our Services may contain links to external sites, such as Facebook and Youtube and link content from external third party sources. Please note that the use of such third party sites or content is subject to the privacy policies and usage terms of the third party in question instead of our own terms and we do not have control or assume any liability over such content.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Registration by children
If a Parent does not consent to a child’s access to and use of the Services or does not verify the Parent’s consent through the consent process, RareSloth LLC will bar that child’s registration for an account, prevent the child’s access to and use of the Services, and ensure that such child’s information is not accessible through the Services. If a Parent has consented to a child’s access to and use of the Services but wishes to rescind such consent, the Parent should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit the request. We will discontinue that child’s access to and use of the Services and ensure that such child’s information is no longer accessible through the Services.
9. In-Game items
RareSloth LLC may allow you to “earn” In-Service Content. You may also use real money to purchase a license to use certain In-Service Content. Purchased In-Service Content is subject to the payment terms and conditions of the mobile platform (e.g., Apple’s iOS) from which you make your purchase. RareSloth LLC does not control or manage the payment process; please review the relevant terms and conditions with the applicable platform provider before making any In-App Purchases. When you purchase a license to use In-Service Content, you agree that we may begin to supply you with your purchased In-Service Content immediately.
Unless otherwise specified, you agree that you have no ownership interest in your RareSloth LLC Account or any In-Service Content associated with your account, regardless of whether you “earned” or “purchased” such In-Service Content. You agree that In-Service Content, including “Diamonds,” “Items,” “Hints,” and any other virtual currencies within RareSloth LLC Services are for personal non-commercial entertainment purposes, have no independent value outside of RareSloth LLC Services, may not be redeemed for any cash value, and is simply a measurement of your limited license.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NEITHER WE NOR ANY MOBILE PLATFORM PROVIDER IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED IN-SERVICE CONTENT WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, WHETHER SUCH CLOSURE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY, UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN IN-SERVICE ITEM THAT YOU PROPERLY PURCHASED THROUGH A PLATFORM PROVIDER, YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND DIRECTLY FROM THAT PLATFORM PROVIDER SUBJECT TO THEIR REFUND POLICY.
10. Changes To These Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this site. You are advised to review these Terms of Service periodically for any changes.
